The pandemic seems to be here to stay and thus we are going through uncertain days. We, however, remain certain of one thing: The health and safety of the Jacques Hermes family and our customers is a priority .
To achieve this, we do everything we can to ensure continuous disinfection of our products and facilities . We are committed to staying healthy and helping our customers do the same.
We apologize for any delays in processing and shipping your orders. Due to the pandemic, global problems have been created that affect the conditions (and therefore times) of production & shipping . As you understand, this is all beyond our control. We recommend patience as these developments may increase delivery time.
